  My partner and I got upgraded to a honeymoon suite for free due to an issue with a double booking, and the room was lovely. Clean, modern, and a beautiful spa. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.

This hotel ticket all of the boxes. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroo - The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.
