  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

Having a full kitchen and washing machine was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on several days.

  Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position.   I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. I rarely had to use my vehicle as the beach was virtually at my doorstep as well as a variety of restaurants, hotels and cafes. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss.   It was our first visit to Australia and stayed at 2 bdrom aptmt for 3 nites. The apartment is conveniently located in the cbd and about 5 min walk to the Central Market where we can get halal meat from the butchery. Coles is just next to the market. The apartment was fully furnished and complete with kitchen and utensils. It was overall a comfortable - On a trip to Adelaide that failed dismally across the board my travel companion and I both agreed that Franklin Central Apartments was the one part of our stay we enjoyed! The rooms were smartly decorated and kept in pristine condition, the staff were friendly and approachable and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room. If by some vague chance I ever happen to stay in Adelaide again I will gladly do so with Franklin Central and will recommend my friends to also!
