  The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for.   I've been to Bariloche many times and this is a newish hotel. It's modern, well run and the location is great. Has bbc World on the tube and the Wifi is good. Remember, Bariloche is small so you should not spend too much time there. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of the family, they provided great info about local restaurants, had local bus tickets for purchase and reconfirmed a boat tour we had booked ourselves.
