The staff are very helpful, pleased to have foreign guests and western tourists. Even where there are language problems they always found someone to assist. Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! It was HUGE, very well appointed and absolutely spotless.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

with 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The complex also has a huge, clean
swimming pool which we enjoyed as often as possible. The inhouse travel

The location was within easy walking distance from all major attractions. The staff were very friendly and kept our suitcases while we went to Mekong Delta for 2 days. They also organized a great tour of the Cu Chi tunnels for us while we were there. I would highly recommend this hotel. -

The hotel is close to Ben Thank night/day market. The rooms are comfortable with ensuite. There is a steam/shower/bath cubicle. Bath robes and slippers are provided and bottled water is free. Once you've checked in and deposited your luggage the first thing to witness are the views from the 16 and 17th floors. Day or night they are wonderful.

The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.

The apartment was excellent for our family as it had 3 rooms and plenty of space for the kids and us. Kids ages 12, 10 & 8. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the location was brilliant for us as we were not in the middle of the tourist part of Ho Chi Minh City and we loved getting around without being hassled by hawkers. Staffs were friendly & helpfully. The hotel looks nice & new. I was told a swimming pool will be there soon. My room was in perfect condition. There is also a compliment gym and sauna but I had no time to try it. I would absolutely come back next time.
