Great location would be one of the main attraction. Others include every friendly staff, good services and nice breakfast. Overall it offers good value for money when takes everything into consideration.

Gave us appropriate advice regarding tourist attractions and different options, welfare and safety, eating, and an excellent referral to our personal tourist guide. They organized our day trips to the Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong Delta. They were very helpful, showing us the different options and on the second day, we came back too late to go sea puppet show that we had planned so they offered us a dinner cruise which was lovely. The hotel was very clean, well located, all the staff was smiling. We would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

The room is big and spacious. I got the room with windows but my friend got one without windows. Had some issues with travel agent, the receptionist at the counter are unapproachable and unfriendly. Lucky the usher were very nice and offered to help call the travel agent to check for me. -

I rather liked the OTT style of the rooms with wonderful (if somewhat large!) furniture and lots of gold - kind of reminicent of Versailles...only the room was far smaller and it in Versailles the gold is leaf, not paint!
