Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area.
Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. The apartments are large and spacious and although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment was given a 3 bed / 2 bathroom apartment

As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked
was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more
than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the
swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is
located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre
or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone,
especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo
Town, and a supermark

The manager takes care of his clients very good.
Knowing that you can take bus 93 to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City for about 0.25 Euro means it's no problem at all the hotel is situated out of HMC, it takes about 30 minutes. Therefor it's a hotel situated in a very noiseless area compared with the very noisy city of HCM.

The room is big and spacious. I got the room with windows but my friend got one without windows. Had some issues with travel agent, the receptionist at the counter are unapproachable and unfriendly. Lucky the usher were very nice and offered to help call the travel agent to check for me. -

I rather liked the OTT style of the rooms with wonderful (if somewhat large!) furniture and lots of gold - kind of reminicent of Versailles...only the room was far smaller and it in Versailles the gold is leaf, not paint! The location is perfect, a few steps away from the Ben thanh market where you can find everything! The night bazaar at the Ben Thanh Market has very good food as well! Easy to get around using taxi and directing them to Ben Thanh market instead of the hotel, for drivers who dont speak english. Nothing much that i dislike about this hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Saigon.
