  There were some problems, but the Manager's Kristen Reyes and James Sarkis, reviewed the matters, discussed the matters and reimbursed us. Excellent customer service by Managers. What was wrong was made right! - The food at Sophies was wonderfull. We were here for a funeral and had to be close by for the services. The staff was the best.   I loved the granite bathroon with a rain-like shower head. Awesome! The bed was very comfortable and inviting. - I like the price and the bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean.
