  Wonderful, sprawling property with lakes, fountains, trellessed walkways, tennis courts and even a small vineyard. Enjoyed a spacious king sized suite with fireplace and balcony. The on-site Bogie's bar/lounge is a fantastic hangout. We were there in December and it was quite cold, but they had plenty of heaters and firepits.   The hotel staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice and quite. The Westlake area is quite and beautiful. We just loved the hotel and the stay. It was more than what we expected. - The staff has incredibly good manners, 100% of the time. That is such a special treat!   Great staff on reception. Our requests were accommodated without fuss. Rooms were com fortable.Pool area was furnished with clean towels regularly and tidied at timely intervals. Executive lounge facilities were of a good standard. - Luxurious bedroom and bathroom; the bed was to die for!!!   Our room was amazing: 30 to 40 sqm and a bath tube in addition of a fully fitted bathroom, very clean, incredible matress...only the hapiness to spend a good night after having been stuck on LA Freeways! Good breakfast. Nice location nearby the Santa Monica mountains and not far from the Thousand Oaks Mall.
