  A truly wonderful place! Planned to stay only for one night but extended it for 2 nights due to the great place, atmosphere, location, and people. Upon check-in Cynthia was very helpful and provided lots of information as to places to go, see, and eat. They have REAL non-smoking rooms (not like some motels that just cover up the smell). This was the best place I have sta - The Coast Village Inn was a great value for what you got which included a microwave and refrigerator and wireless access to the internet. For our visit, it was centrally located to the restaurants and places we wanted to see during our trip. The owner earned big points for helping us get tickets to see one of my favorite singers at The Saco River Theatre. In addition, he printed a map to the theatre for us. We would definitely stay at the Coast Village Inn again.

  It was clean and although there were a lot of young guests and children it was very quiet once I was in my room. And it was very budget friendly. - At check-in, the manager was very friendly and gave us excellent advice on restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location good and close to trolley stops (one beside the Inn, the other just across the road).

  The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed, including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful soap and shampoo. The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl. Our hotel room was clean and with a nice view of the salt mash river. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us.
