  We loved that there is an outdoor semi-kitchen available for use with pic-nic tables and 3 barbecue. Also, they grow their little garden, it is very cute.   We went to the Majestic in October, after attending a wedding in the area. Even though we arrived very late, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was spotless (I used to be a chambermaid, and I checked) The bed was very comfortable. A mini-fridge and coffemaker were great additions. The doughnuts on the continental breakfast were yumm... vad folk säger » y. My husband and I would like to take our kids up here during the summer. I think they'd really like the pool, tennis court, shuffle board court, ho - I like very much everything During off season, because I am not sure the reasonnable price can continue , but this place had everything : good location, tennnis, boccee game, barbecue, swimming, fridge in room, free breakfast, and it is like a 5 stars resort at a very friendly price not to say extremely reasonnable price :)

  Clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are well appointed and modern. Bed is extremely comfortable (soft). Continental breakfast was delicious. Grounds are well maintained and flower beds are beautiful. - Clean well appointed room.   The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed, including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful soap and shampoo. The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl. It consisted of coffee, milk, juices, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, English muffins, oatmeal, dry cerea - We arrived to our hotel and the staff at the lobby were friendly with good customer service. Our hotel room was clean and with a nice view of the salt mash river. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us. Close to walking nature trail of the salt mash.

  The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. The ROOMS WERE CLEAN. Really, I should have opened with that because cleanliness is my number one concern and these rooms were spotless. The value was excellent, we were a down the road from Ogunquit proper but the trolley stopped outside the hotel, was very inexpensive to ride, and brought us to th... vad folk säger » e center of town without the hassle of driving and parking. The continental breakfast was a lovely addition. I would definitely stay here again. - Resort was in a great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all needs. Rooms were very clean and well kept even though it is not a new build. Resort had 2 pools. One inside and one outside. Just an all around great place to stay. This is our second stay there and we hope to return to The Mariner again next year.
