  The location was great for access to Volcano National Park. The tour of the on-site lava tube was great. The setting was beautiful. Breakfast first day seemed kind of limited for kids but realized Shannon thought is was for two adults. Once she found out I was traveling with my daughter she put out "kid-friendly" options.   EVERYTHING!! the cottage was extremely quaint, peaceful and private. it felt very homey and comfortable. landscape surrounding the cottages was quite magical. though it's near the main road, it wasn't noisy. the gardens were lush and green.   Absolutely beautiful house - never seen anything like that for rent - it's been designed, built and decorated for a personal use, with great taste and stylish details. Loved the peaceful area and forest that makes you feel like you are miles away from your neighbors, the house was beautifully designed and cozy, enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and full kitchen. Manager was wonderful to work with too-very welcoming and accommodating. We can't wait to return!

  Stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Very large, comfortable room with an enormous bed and plenty of room to spread out. Included small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and sink. Lenny is very nice, welcoming and helpful. Extremely quiet and relaxing environment. Simple breakfast with juice, cereal, fresh fruit and banana bread. If one is looking for quiet, comfort and solitude and - We stayed in the deluxe suit. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this place. The place was super clean, cozy, designed with the best taste and equipped with all one needed. It’s located in a beautiful quiet garden and close to the volcano park. We stayed for one night only, but sincerely hope to return for a longer stay. The owner is a very nice person who pays attention to the small details.
