Everything! We felt like We entered a time warp,back to the early 1900's Cuba. Staff,including construction workers went beyond the call of duty to ensure Our stay was enjoyable and Our privacy respected. Front desk staff Tiffany was well informed of local history,and the best spots for local entertainment and hot spots for dining. The "swing dancers" were an unexpected pleasure. The next time We visit it will be for several days.
alla recensioner » The ambience was perfect. Room was large and bed was beautiful and very comfortable. Decor was gorgeous. Just down the street from the most charming part of Tampa. Downtown ybor was very very neat! Make sure you go to the theatre just a couple blocks over. Coolest theatre I've ever been in. Went to a matinee after checkout and hotel let us leave the car in their parking lot so we could just walk over. Loved our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a unique charm and the balcony was great. The location was perfect and was within walking distance to all the best spots in Ybor. This will be the only hotel we stay in when in Tampa for now on. We can't wait to go back!. Beautiful old Cuban Style authentic Hotel situated in the Ybor quarter close to restaurant and night live. The lobby is maybe a bit over the top, but the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, great value for money. Very simple breakfast buffet, but nice. I love the atmosphere of this hotel. It has a very historic feel. The rooms give you more of a feeling of staying in someone's home than a hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is always very friendly. We will be back next year. Great location. Ybor City rocks, especially on Halloween. The Inn is beautiful, staff wonderful, and the beds were the best on our trip. We would definitely stay there again. They even have a ghost!!!. I loved the location, the majority of the decor and the history of the place. The staff was welcoming & friendly but we didn't see much of anybody after check in. We really enjoyed that it was walking distance to the downtown Ybor. The decor was vintage and beautiful. Breakfast was light but very good. Staff was ultrafriendly and helpful, the Inn was just a cool old building and the location cannot be beat to see Ybor City. Perfect location for where we wanted to go, excellent staff. It was like stepping back to the days of prohibition loved it. The historic, vintage ambiance. Totally killer loved it!. Very eclectic. The character of the Hotel. Very friendly staff Ybor City. ONLY 24 HRS IN A DAY,. Breakfast was pathetic. Um, it was a sorry excuse for a continental breakfast....worse than a travelodge or super 8. Not fair to the rest of the experience the hotel is trying to give its patrons. Nothing!. The room I stayed in during my last visit was larger, and a bit more tidy, but overall this was not an issue. No phone service, no internet! That was a must for our hotel! The king bed I was looking forward to had awful modern looking linens that did not match the hotel's decor in the least. But that would have been okay if it was comfortable to sleep in-wasn'T. The sheets weren't soft, the pillows smashed down & the bed was hard. Comforter had missing down all over the place. Some furniture could be updated a little. I'm not a fan of feather pellows. Parking wasn't a problem while I was there, but could see that it could be at some times. Nothing. No easy chair in the room. N/A. We did not have places to put things in the bathroom or room. The pillows!. We were there for one night and it was fine, but surely to warrent 4 stars it needs to be a little less run down and a lot cleaner....it had an oerall air of shabbiness that would have spoiled a longer stay. Not really an historic inn Just an old building made into a hotel on a low budget Too dusty and dark skimpy breakfast. No vanity in the bathroom therefore no placer to put bath items except on the floor. Ugh!.
