  From the moment I arrived at the Sheraton Universal I was completely happy that I made the right decision. I asked for a room with a view and was allocated a corner room with sweeping 180 degrees views. The comfort of the bed at the Sheraton is of course legendary - Close to Burbank and Hollywood.   We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent most afternoons there after our sightseein... vad folk säger » g and family visits. The Decoy bar and Tula's restaurant had pleasant atmospheres and good selections. - The staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and very nice. The restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back. I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there again in a minute.
