The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed with two 12 year old girls and felt very safe and comfortable there. The location was close and convenient to just about everything. They came in daily and cleaned our room and changed our sheets as we requested. They were also available all times of the day to assist us with anything we needed. Its located right on the marina, which was a nice place to sit. And also walking distance to the beach since i like to walk at night.

Also the hotel personnel allowed us to stay in the pool past the pool time because we were quiet, but when some other guests checked in we were asked to leave so the other guests wouldn't get in the pool and make noise. we stayed in a king suite and we were given a room on the ground floor which to me was awesome because we were able to enjoy the patio and a view of boats that cruised by. And also did a little fishing so all in all we had lots of fun. The swimming pool was clean and well kept. The staff was very excellent. Corral the representative at the front desk was especially helpful with reservations and directions to places on the island. It was fine until the last evening. Service was good, location was convenient, however a very young person was in charge our last night and things got way out of hand in our opinion. The bay was super close and the beach was walking distance and the lady in the front was really nice and super fast about wut we needed. Were going back for sure :). That they had rooms in the back with the ability to barbeque outside and that they had benches and tables. being that close to the water for the kids. The pool was very nice and clean. the price, the pool. I liked the location. Though it wasn't a beach view like some of the other hotels it was located on the bayside channel. The water was only feet away from my pation door. Relax in the evening and watch the fish swim in the underwater lights... very comfortable bed and a large shower. I like that its right off the bay that you had a bbq available. My family like the pool and jacuzy. The fishing balacony and room decor. Price was good location as well. The hot tub was a little chilly, minor detail. I can't complain, the hotel gives you your money's worth for what you pay for. I have no complaints at all. Parking spaces were too small for suv, trucks or larger vehicles. On our last night there loud persons in the adjoining rooms were so loud it was impossible to sleep so we left in the early am 1:30 to be exact. Needless to say with no sleep we were extremely tired that day. As we were leaving we had to remove beer bottles from under our car. The fact that the ice machine downstairs was out of order and was not able to get a room in the back not very handicapped accessible. had some issues with parking. some truck/trailer blocking entrance. Our room key didnt work several times. didn't know where to get breakfast and not enough towels in room. and refrigerator was not working. We were called at 3am by someone who knew our last name and asked for our credit card info we did not give it to them notified front desk and also called 911 it was very scary because we were 3 adults w/4 young children. At the time of my stay there was apparantly some repairs and some exterior cleaning going on so there was equipment and wash water covering the parking area but there was plenty of parking and I'm sure the building will be much nicer when the cleaning is done. That breakfast was stopped so early. The hot tub was more like a warm tub could be hotter. Bed a hard. Small swimming pool. Needs repairs. Pop or Ice machines did not work. Roaches in the room. Breakfast options were limited to cereals and waffles. Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. The room had a funny smell aroma. aie in room hardly worked. A half-used cigarrette sitting on the bed when my wife and I first walked in the "non-smoking" room, no hot water in showers, careless staff, getting woken up by the maid who's telling me to get out of the room at 9 am, when checkout time was confirmed with the front desk to be 11. Breakfast offer is deceptive- assumed variety of food would be cooked and offered and that there would be a bigger eating area. Rooms look bigger on internet. Hard to sleep at night with all the racket coming from pool and people walking by room talking/shouting late at night. to little the breakfast room, and lack of good service. When I booked our room in advance, I booked a room that had a livingroom and patio. that's what the pictures shows on your website. When we get there it was only a room! Very embarrasing since this was a surprise for my husband!!! Very unhapppy that I was mislead!!!. I felt as I was mislead of the hotel from the pictures posted. I found roaches in the room and wasnt pleased with the breakfast. There wasn't any coffee for a morning due to the coffee being "frozen". The didn't have fruit. The kitchen was a mess when I walked in, the trash was over flowing and the counter tops were not kept up. I had to tell the office that more milk and juice was needed. up date tv s. We find some cockroaches. Beds uncomfortable..floor dirty..Room had an odor..like cigarette smoke with something else. Too expensive for type of room. Far from shops restaurants breakfast was limited and awful stale cereal , that you have 10 minutes to eat in the tiny hidden dining room .expensive for what u get . The pool is small . The bathtub was clogged. Pool too much chlorine which irritated all my family's eyes. Restroom baseboards had mold. Check out should be 12 noon since check in is at 3pm. It looked nothing like the Internet pictures. I've stayed at motel 6 which felt luxurious. Will not stay there again. Next time I'll do my research. Thought I was getting a good deal. Dissapointed. The wifi is poor conexion. Several things in hotel broken down, including refrigerator and air conditioning. Curtains were of different lengths and colors and pinned up with temporary hooks. Floors were dirty, bathroom had hairs in tub and tub was old. Front staff did not know who supervisor was and did not have access to computer to check us out. Very filthy Deceiving pictures on the web site Room and pool both the dirtiest and un-hygenic No breakfast. Mattress is not clean and smells bad. Sofa bed also is very dirty and smells bad. Very old and run down, dirty and alot of roaches, not cool needs an upgrade if to stay in business motel. 6 cheaper and cleaner. Last time I stay there. evriting. To many roaches. Dirty towels and sheets. Not worth staying. There was tons of roaches. My 2 year old woke up with a roach crawling on his head. One of the pillows reeked of vomit. The towels looked dirty. The floor was dirty. The fridge had some kind of drink spilled in it. The pool was dirty. The walls and the door were so dirty as well. The hotel looked like some dirty motel from mexico. We only stayed one night and the manager refunded us the 2nd. We were not the only ones that stayed there that were dissatisfied. The room was not 100% clean, the pool is not open till late. The hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast was not all that.
