I liked that even though we arrived there at 3 to 4 in the mourning, the lady at the desk was more than happy check us in and warm up our room prior to us arriving. Granted we called first telling her we were going to arrive late but it was very sweet of her. Definitely went above and beyond. It was an amazing stay. Also because we arrived late, she allowed us to check out at a later time than normal. Truly a Great experience. alla recensioner »
Very clean room, and very helpful staff, the receptionist was happy to give advice and print directions for us to Emerald Bay. A beach pass is included for free, saving a few extra bucks! The village is within walking distance, as is the beach. Great value for money ($29) and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Close to beach and Casino
Staff brought a hair dryer to our room and were very friendly
Value.
Free access to the beach :) really economic place to stay!! Excellent
situation!.
The front desk guy did good job,he was nice and cool.
Older motel, but cheap! If you just need a place to sleep this motel will do it. Can't argue with the price, really.
Staff was helpful and didn't bother or bug, bathroom was clean.
Great location.
Friendly staff.
price was low.
That it was mostly clean That the owners gave us a room at a different
motel the second night.
The location is great. A very short walk to the Casinos of South
Lake Tahoe.
Price is fairly competitive in the area of the season.
i was in budget so that work good.
Location was good. Price was low.
It was close to walk.
Location.
Nothing.
Only the location.
Parking is a little limited.
People living in the lower units
Old and dirty
Limited parking/ lot under repair.
Swimming pool was empty and out of order. Rooms look really old.
they should put small frige and microwave in rooms.
Hair everywhere!.
The water faucet didn't work too well, beds were uncomfortable with one indented in the middle, trash cans were always full and never thrown from outside to trash bin. Other apartments had clothes hanging outside of the door on a line, to dry. Tv was old school but cable channels were decent.
Old.
Not very clean.
Expensive.
Inadequate parking.
No breakfast included.
not enough hot water for the shower, no coffee or coffeemaker.
Ants climbing the walls horrible beds very noisy guests partying on
the patio outside our door faucet sprayed water all over us every time
we turned it on. Door had been broken down and not repaired. The place
was totally run down. The owner even admitted they were going to gut
it soon. Pool and hot tub were broken and empty. Broken toilet seat
broken furniture.
This place is an absolute dump! Paid almost 2bills for a room that
wasn't worth a 20spot! The room had three crusty towels, was missing
lightbulbs from their sockets, and a 1980s 14" tv. There was
nothing good to say about this room. It is very obvious that these
owners do not put any money back into their property. They should be
embarrassed.
Furniture is too old, and TV not working.
the front desk girl she doesn't much about the hotel.
not helpful.
Very old and not clean. Bad smell in room--then found dog poop under
bed! Room felt dirty.
It wasn't rustic like described. The pictures don't describe it.
Room was outdated, did not have coffee pot or refrigerator, toilet seat broken, not clean.
Everything.
There was no parking at the hotel. Our doorknob to our room was loose and would not lock.It looked like someone had broken into the room before. They had to put us in another room! The sheets had stains on them.Overall bad experience!.
-Swimming pool, was empty.
-The whole building was on point of collapsing
-It was very dated.
It doesn't deserve to stay here at Reno,it is a little expensive for me maybe.I think Travelers Inn is a good choice for your trip,it's cheap and the landlord is nice.By the way, the room has a big and clean kitchen. You can enjoy yourself here~.
The décor has not been updated since the 1970s There is a big group of
Asians living there which is awkward since the leave the doors to their
rooms open There is no ice machine There is little parking There is no
pool There are no in-room phones This place is terrible.
