I enjoyed the room & the free breakfast. The room was clean & smelled nice. I also really liked how bright it looked and took in light. There was a lot of options for in the free breakfast. The area was a little on the tight side and certainly not accessible but everything else was awesome!!!. Great price, great location for shopping and running errands, very clean and friendly staff. We were grateful for the free taxi ride when our plane arrived too late to catch the hotel shuttle. Our room was quite large and the beds were comfortable.
alla recensioner » We booked a king kitchenette suite. I was very impressed. The room looked brand new, was very clean, and had plenty of room for my 1 & 3 year old to run about. I would certainly recommend that room & would love to stay again! (#311). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable! Best hotel we stayed at that accepted pets. They gave out a pet bag with a treat in it. Great place to stay after a long drive!. Everything was well kept and the staff was very responsive to their customers needs. Nicely located to access some of the main tourist sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great, included hot and cold food choices. We thought your continental breakfast was really awesome! So much variety compared to some other places we have stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Sioux Falls!! Had a great time and the kids with us loved it!! I didn't like that there wasn't a hot tub, even though I knew there was a possibility there wouldn't be one. I guess I was hoping. That is the only reason I ranked the facility as good instead of excellent. If you have a pool...why not a hot tub. I have no complaints!. Set back behind another building. A little scary walking dog at night. Isolated. We thought your toilets were very low. It is hard for some of us to get off of them. We asked for a high-rise, but they didn't have any. The tub seemed a little slippery also. The fact the outside side doors were left open until 11 p.m. and that no key was needed to get in. would have preferred ground level floor, but not a big deal. No complaints... Didn't have any bad experience. How the parking lots were split up when entering. Nothing. Top sheet on bed was stained. nothing. Noise level. The staff were kind and friendly. I felt they could have been more professional and not so laid back in their communication style with me. People in the parking lot were shady and I did not feel safe being outside by myself even though I was only a few feet from the door. Couple beside me..partied all night, staff seemed to have questions on their morals, when he checked in.. Also why do they put everyone on the second floor..there was plenty of room on the main floor, but they told me it was sold out.. Not a good start, when you can tell there was no cars in the parking lot, so you know there was plenty of vacancies..
