  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. We found it too loud w... vad folk säger » hen inside and distracting to conversation even when the music was outside and we elected to eat inside. - Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  We stayed in a studio room for 3 nights. Had a small kitchen which we took advantage of making our breakfast and lunch every day. Scenery lovely, very quiet and serene, calming. Staff very helpful. We were called several times and invited to attend various events being put on by the resort. Will definitely consider going there again but next t... vad folk säger » ime will stay longer so we can really enjoy the resort and all it has to offer. - We really liked the resort. We went hiking everyday and then came home and relaxed by the pool and hot tub. Our studio room was good for two people. It had a kitchen and there were barbeques available. The area was very nice and quiet.
