  The location of the resort was prefect! We had a beautiful view from the second floor, so make sure you ask for a second floor unit. The front desk people were friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance guy was extremely polite! We love the studio unit layout and the kitchen amenities. Coffee and computer in the lobby a plus! The desk staff were quick to register me in and offered me a map to pick my room and advised me several locations close to one of the pools. We got to check in early so it felt like a free day.   The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  The room was very nice and clean and housekeeping did an awesome job each day. The layout was a little inconvenient because the bathroom sink was next to the front door. But the view was pretty. The location wasn't exactly where I expected from the info I read but the room was quite comfortable as were the beds.   This is a really nice resort. The facility is beautiful, weel kept and very clean. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the best. The extra amenities such as, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, filters, salt/pepper were so helpful. These are enough for a few days but made all the difference. I think this resort is best suited for couples that want - Furnished townhouse absolutely beautiful - tasteful luxury furnishings. Wonderful air tub for 2 in master suite. Full utensils and dishes for cooking and excellent gas grills by pool. Hot tub near our room was really nice for relaxing under the stars. We came with another couple and loved our time there - plan to return in the future!

  In Sedona, Az. Best Western Plus was the absolute best! We felt like we had a personal chauffer and limo---they were always available and took us wherever we wanted to go on a moment's notice! Staff were quickly responsive to our needs and very friendly. This is the place I will stay the next time I visit Sedona.   Magiskt! vi bodde i ett av två vånings lägenheterna (nr30) Våra tonårsbarn ville att vi skulle stanna några extra dagar bara för att njuta. - remodeled kitchen was beautiful, tv, music, indoor pool, completely separate bed/bath plan, quiet, everything we needed. - The 2 bedroom loft was great for 5 friends to share.   It was the best place and value in town of Sedona, I know because I looked, places were either way out of price range for the average guy or they wanted to much for renovated hwy stop roadside hotels. This facility was by the river, athletic facilities available, spa, secluded rooms available, romantic and secluded. They may see us for a honeymoon if I lucky. - Los Abrigados Resort and Spa was a marvelous place to stay in incredible Sedona! Right in the middle of it all. Walk to shopping, galleries, dining!   The rooms are basic, but an excellent value in Sedona for the money. The beds were very comfortable. Good air conditioner (a must in the summer!). Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on activities and places to eat. They were also happy to work with us on our late arrival to the property.
