First off I would have never stayed in this hotel because it was completely out of my budget but I cashed in some rewards points for a gift card. This stay was a nice upgrade to my trip.   This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space.
