  Beautiful view of the corner room as we got upgraded. Staff was attentive and friendly. Services were second to none. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere.   This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. - Everything.   It is the best hotel I have stayed this time in USA. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offerig free coffees and teas to guests. The room is clean and comfortable. The most attracting facility is that it provides free laundary which is a big convenience for a family. The free parking and wifi are also very considerate and nice.   The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! Had a large amount of room to spread out and for the baby to have separate sleeping space. Hotel furnished a pack n play and fan upon request. Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.
