  The staff was friendly, room was clean, convenient to everything (incl convention center - 1/2 block),was about $100 less than surrounding hotels, had a separate living room/sitting area (not all rooms are like this, but staff let me pick the layout of my room), had to leave early and they agreed to refund balance on a "non-refundable room! - Roo... vad folk säger » m upgrade.
