  The bath tub was beautiful. The room was just fantastic all around. Lost for words. Will stay again in a heart beat! - It was first rate and wonderful! Everything you ever wanted an dmore was provided and the staff was superb!

  We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... - the staff was amazing, night and day they were perfect

  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).   The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

  All the staff are very nice and helpful. Meanwhile, the location are very good and safe. You can easy to go everywhere. All the viewpoint are near by the hotel just walk 5-15 mins. - Convenience to an event I attended. On-site parking. Room service food.

  They provide so many entertainment options. A dvd player is all ready in room so you don't feel forced to pay for movies. Free parking and breakfast which is unheard of in Seattle area. Close to interstate and busy shopping areas but rooms secluded so you don't hear traffic. Huge comfortable bed and spa bath tub. Plenty of hot water. Will stay here anytime I visit Seattle in future. - The staff was wonderful and room was great! Room had fridge, microwave & hair dryer as well as a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower allowing the guest to travel light. Great water pressure too!! The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-5. Would definity stay here again

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. The free hot breakfast, the great vari... vad folk säger » ety which catered for everyone. The valet parking. The mini kitchen, so helpful with small children to feed etc. - The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

  We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax. The rooms are very Europe- like reminded me of Paris. The seating area within the room was very comfortable and really made you feel like u could relax in your own... vad folk säger » space. The location is perfect - the staff was knowledgeable and didn't bat an eye at my wife and I (we have had some previous issues with acceptance - The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place. When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh cookies in the room.   The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day..   This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also.
