  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  Location was good if you like walking. We walked to Pike Place Market and monorail without any problems. Monday to Thursday you get a free meal at night between 5-7 pm with beer and wine. It was great. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea available all day long. Our king size bed was very comfy. Was able to go anywhere downtown and what was not in walking distance, the monorail and light rail stations were very close. I liked the elevator security - you needed a key to swipe to allow you to push the floor buttons.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. Good prices and one of the BEST spicy tuna rolls I've had for only $7/ea. I actually went back to the W for Happy Hour the next week when I stayed across the street. After checking in, Erin at the front desk had a lovely cheese/fruit tray with gift cards delivered to the room.   Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).   This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre.   Shuttle was convenient, available and timely. Free Breakfast was delicious, fresh and served up by a very friendly lady! Pool was clean and centrally located. Location to downtown Seattle was great, walking to University Ave with lots of shops and restaurants was very accessible. Coffee/Tea/Cupcakes in the afternoon - nice treat! There is breakfast and Tullys Coffee in the room. You save on parking because you can walk or take a shuttle. It feels like home,
