Very clean and modern, when we arrived there were cookies in the lobby along with a hot Shepards pie ready for guests who hadn't eaten. They have a great set up and a nice pool in the back unfortunately it rained during our stay. Also the free breAkfast was nice good amount of space and a variety of food. Hot eggs and sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit. The staff was great, there was a little snafu with our first room so they moved us immediately to a new room and offered us a free snack/beverage from the mart for the inconvenience. We loved the room, it was perfect, breakfast was delicious and everyone was super nice and willing to help. Can not praise them enough. 5 star treatment all around.
alla recensioner » The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.There was ample parking. It was near the Mall, so that was convenient. The buffet breakfast was excellent and staff there were attentive. Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Very good location and convenient to beaches, shopping, Portland, etc. Easy to get on and off of I-95. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved your food at the time we checked in. It saved us from having to go out as we were all very tired. Loved your continental breakfast and your staff serving it. Hotel was very clean and staff was very kind. Enjoyed the Olive Garden soup and salad that was in lobby in the evening. The cleanliness of the facility. That breaskfast is included. It was nice and comfortable and quiet. We thought the manager was top-notch. We stayed. At 9 hotels in 11 days and her hotel was best. The milk and cookies in the evening was truly an added touch that stood out for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well presented. The beds were only doubles and the lobby needed new upholstery on the furniture. People were very nice. The staff had a personal touch. pizza was served in the afternoon at the lobby gratis. If you're getting ready for an event with 3-4 people there isn't a lot of bathroom space/outlets but there's enough, we made it work!. The check in staff were young and appeared inexperienced. They didn't really explain much about what was available. Not alot of room for eating breakfast. The bathroom was a tad small. No complaints. The bathroom fan was noisy and came on automatically with the bathroom light. nothing. Mattress pad and bottom sheet kept slipping off the top corners of the bed. No microwave. eggs at buffet did not taste like real eggs. Room was not serviced by housekeeping. Between 2 highways even if our room was well located. No work out room. See above. Wish it was closer to good restaurants. they run out of sausage for breakfast and it took them some time of have it replenished. Free breakfast felt very cheap.
