We loved the evening wine hour with Robert and friends. Great fun. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. In general we enjoy staying in places that have a story, and we like B&Bs because the guests and staff are personable and knowledgable about the area and will give you tips about places to explore. Robert was very responsive to requests related to our room, and replaced a tv and modem that weren't working properly. We only stayed 2 nights but we really enjoyed our stay. It is an e.
alla recensioner » Everything. The mood: laid back friendly, humorous and attentive at all times. Robert and Tom, who looked after things, and all of the friends and neighbors who were wont to drop by, made for a trip filled with entertainment and interest. The Inn itself is a place of ceiling beams and shining wooden floors, mellow rooms and with the atmosphere is a house that has been well lived in. Breakfast is a traveler's delight, with a wide choice, and the afternoon's regular "Refreshment Hour" is never a. Host Robert Frost is off the charts. Funny, friendly, welcoming. The property is off the charts in terms of being real and special and memorable. The exact opposite of people who go from one sterile Hilton to the next. Real, baby. Real. My wife and I enjoyed how quaint and cozy the rooms were. We also loved getting to know Robert, Tom and the rest of the crew. The 10 minute walk to the plaza was convenient and the serenity was unsurpassed. David and Jennifer. Staff was very personable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extensive and very good. Ground of property are gorgeous and very well maintained. Wine/cookie hour is a nice, personable touch. Robert is a great host. Wonderful breakfast. Property is amazing, with genuine feel for Witter Bynner's contribution to literature and to Santa Fe. Beautiful old adobe masterpiece with historic designation. Very special place with gorgeous grounds and an easy walk to downtown. Great location,beautiful historical house, wonderful innkeepers, very friendly, you feel like one of the family, totally relaxing. Loved the charm of the Inn. Loved Robert! Loved the food at breakfast, delicious! Beds comfy and room very clean. The STAFF. All were wonderful humans, very personable. Also, the non-humans, Colt and Cody were hospitable. All the comforts of home. Welcoming, relaxing, friendly!!!! Perfect!!!!!. very comfortable, good and copious breakfasts, helpful hosts. Innkeeper was very welcoming and obviously loved his inn. Staff Pleasant guests Food. The coffee should be stronger and more robust. Having to leave. I only had time for two nights. I missed breakfast the second day because I had to catch a flight out of Albuquerque and overslept. My fault. we loved it all!. A little too pet-friendly; almost as many dogs as people. They were well-behaved, all in all, but not being a dog person, it was a little overwhelming. Shared bathroom could use some love. Nothing. A few repairs needed to room, windows that did needed some repair. A "hand hold" close to tub/shower would have made it safer and easier to shower. Was nervous while bathing. Construction worker coming into the area where I was residing at 7 am and starting renovation work.
