  I loved being so close to the beach and able to hear the waves at night. The staff was exceedingly nice & very helpful. When booking, I had forgotten to mention that I would need a handicapped room. They very easily changed my room at no additional charge - The rooms were simple and so confortable. Just a perfect place on the beach!

  From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast.   The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Rodney. Rooms were newly remodeled and nice and clean. They were well appointed with a small frig, microwave and a 1 cup coffee maker. The pool is at their sister property one very short block up the street - no big deal at all. For the price this is a great property to stay at. There are restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, drug stores - just about anything you could need - within walking - The rooms have been recently refurbished and are to a really good standard (not just to usual new bed linen and same old bathroom refurb). It was clean and modern and within a half a block of the fantastic Pacific Beach. It was also only a short walk to the many local restaurants and bars.
