  The front desk help was excellent. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the view was simply gorgeous. When I told the front desk that my wife was having surgery the next day at Scrips Hospital she changed our third floor room to ground floor very near the entrance, very nice. I will stay th - The beds were very comfortable, the proximity to Torrey pines couldn't have been better (the complimentary shuttle to the golf course was also a plus) the bell desk at anytime was excellent

  It is a beautiful hotel and had a lot of things to do. We were only there 1 night but fully enjoyed it. - very clean the stuff was very helpful, kids friendly

  The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The on-site gym was under repair during my visit but they provided guest aces to the YMCA gym just around the corner. ironically that was one of the highlights of my trip as the Y had one of the best retired weight rooms I have seen in a long time. - ... vad folk säger » On calling manager regarding problems with room he quickly had the room with king size cleaned and made available. Complimentary drinks and snacks in bar until room ready. Complimentary breakfasts for two days. Problem with toilet on third day repaired straight away. Staff very courteous and friendly.

  I enjoyed the walks I took by the sea. Beautiful, safe and convenient. Bed and rooms very comfortable. Having spa services available is a plus. - I liked and enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, I'm a outdoor person, and I found many of things to do over there.

  Everything! It has always been a special place for us. Upgraded without asking. If more hotels did the same they would have repeat guests.
