Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi
and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two
pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Lots of markets, coffee
shops and misc. Stores nearby, very convenient. The staff was 100%
awesome! The views spectacular and the surrounding area felt very safe.

Great location for sea world visit.
There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others

This was a great little hotel in Coronado. It's directly across the street from the Del Coronado. Having stayed at the Del, I can say this was a far better value. The staff was amazing and very helpful with transportation and anything else you asked them. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. Rooms were very nice, great breakfast buffets, good dinners and drinks. Albert (2) were very nice and I wish I would have gotten the front desk persons names as they were all wonderful! -

Charming boutique hotel with lots of charm in a historic building. It's well located in the Gaslight Quarter, close to the Convention Center and with easy access to all the things that make San Diego fun. The rooms are very nice with a fireplace and lots of faux-antiques that made the rooms look more "Victorian" and lots of fun. It had all the modern comforts while giving the impression that we were staying in Wyatt Earp's old San Diego. I'd definitely stay there again.
