I like the central location of the hotel and the cleanliness.

I didn't like the staff not knowing how to fix the coffee machine or how to connect to the internet. Two different night attendants couldn't help me and their excuse was I'm just the night person.

My friend & I both loved the convience of having a separate bedroom/ livingroom. The closeness to Mission Bay, & fast food restaurants. We both liked the fact there was a microwave & refrigerator. There were also grocery stores nearby.

The smallness of the bathroom, the fact that bathroom counter was crowded with too much stuff. It was hard to not trip coming in & out of the main door- lip too high. Everytime we went bathroom, we hit the doorknob. Breakfast was ok - except the fact that there were flies on the pastries- open door. The beds were a little on the hard side & very uncomfortable.

Although it was showing its age, it was generally an excellent accmodation for the price

My only objection was the carpets and sofas (especially the arms) need to be steam cleaned. They were pretty grimy. Vacuuming alone is not enough. The exterior should be kept cleaner. Lots of trash... First impressions count.

It was clean, affordable, within walking distance of markets and restaurants, good standard amenities

It is across the street from a strip club in an area that has quite a few strip clubs. When we returned to the motel at 2AM, we were followed into the parking lot by two young guys who crossed the street from the strip club. We turned the car around passing the two guys who were motioning at us. We returned 30 minutes later without incident. During the day, the area was no issue at all.

The location was great. Lots of places to shop and eat and very close to beach and freeway.

Pool & hot tub were out of service.

Our family has stayed at this hotel before. It is right next door to I- hop which is the boys' favorite restaurant for breakfast. We like the location and price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Things have deteriorated since our last visit. Pool and Jacuzzi were out of order---the boys bought new bathing suits just so they could swim in the pool--- they were very disappointed. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel. The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego. Location is near Sea world but of course it is not within walking distance but just a 10 min drive will be enough. There are many different restaurants and walgreen around the motel vicinity as well

Room might be a little small for families but for solo travelers and couple, it will do just fine.

The location was really convenient n walking distance to shopping, food n restaurants. Rooms were nice n comfy.

Breakfast was 7-9am...finish too early and very basic. No microwave to heat up food, no toast also. They use a lot of styrofoam cups. Outer appearance of motel definitely needs upgrade. Staffs not very welcoming or friendly.

Location was great,,, close to many stores and restaurants. Close to military facilities (boot camps) for graduations,

Was charged excessive security deposits for each of our three rooms of witch only one was cleaned for the second days stay. Had to request clean towels after maid service removed the used ones and didn't even clean the restrooms, change the linens or make up the beds ????? Very noisy location across the street from local strip bar/club.

Low cost. Bed was comfortable. Good fridge and microwave.

Though it's not the Hilton, it was ok to stay in. It wasn't horrible but if you are not accustomed to real basic living quarters, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is not in the best area (strip club across the street) but it was kind of centrally located.

The shower did not work- had to move all if our stuff to a new room to shower in the morning. Towels were big enough for a 2 yr old. Not at size adult. The breakfast was a joke- should not advertise that there is a continental breakfast. There were no plates or forks. The scones, or whatever they were tasted like a rock. The juice was watered down. We ended up eating at the IHOP next door.

Booking stated we could check in between 1000-1100 hrs. When we arrived were told we could not check in until after 1500 hrs. &Quot;Free" breakfast was gone (empty) when we checked on it.

Area. Didn't feel safe . You get what you pay for . We stayed 5 days at 56$ a night - had we paid more I would've been upset . If your looking for a " pretty " room and a place to kick back and relax .. This is not for you

Half of what they advertise is not true... Or comes incomplete, only part of the pool is functional, breakfast consist of coffee and sweet breads only, Wi-Fi worked 1 out of 4 days...

Location was quite good for a day trip to the zoo

Really ignorant and unfriendly staff, brakfast was under poor quality, room was dark, small and just with all the basicks. Many girl joints around. Wouldn´t walk here during the dark hours. They shouldnt even mention that they have a pool. Ridicilous. Only a few parking spots.

The mold in the corners of the bathroom. The dirty carpets and the hot and musty smelling room that forced you to leave the AC and Fan on all night. Very hard to sleep and be comfortable in that environment.

Room was misrepresented, very small, nothing worked. Remote, Iron, TV, did not work. Smoke detector in room went off for no reason. Called a few days before to request an additional room and staff was rude, felt like we were bothering them.

That fact that it was close to sea world.

Simple things you expect that would be available like the ice machine not working. The pool and jacuzzi dirty. And the breakfast ridiculous too say the least.
