Nice room - a little pricey due to the valet parking, but this is a downtown touristic city and no parking. Like the proximity to the shopping mall and Riverwalk. Very comfortable.   I liked the location of the hotel. It's very centrally located by the Rivercenter and other attractions that we were able to walk everywhere we needed.   The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The breakfast (included in the nightly rate) was great and provided a variety of hot and cold items.   Loved the room, bed, grounds, attentiveness to our needs. The furniture was beautiful and loved the flat TV. The breakfast to our room was on time at a little past 6:00, hot, and delicious! - Close proximity to Sea World, comfortable accommodations, kid-friendly atmosphere.

  Everything but the walking distance from River Walk... The taxi boat made it worth while... nice calm relaxing ride... Also a young lady at the bar Was AMAZING... I never receive really good service because I am young and that typically hurts my image. I am a professional and I was tre - Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery the end of April.

  The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. - All the staff was very friendly The location is excellent with all the waterfun and the golf course is amazing!

  Nice historic hotel with a great location, next to imax, around the corner from the Alamo and 1-2 block walk to the lively area on the Riverwalk. Great base for walking to most downtown spots. Quick trolley ride to the Market Square. Clean and simple rooms were just what we needed. Excellent breakfast with belgian waffle station, breakfast tacos (... vad folk säger » with eggs, refried beans, salsa and cheese), fruit, cereal, bagels/pastries, yogurt, juice/coffee - filled us up all the way until dinner! Staff were - The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. The city bus from the airport stops just four blocks from the Crockett, an easy walk passing over the Riverwalk,
