I loved the Hotel as a whole,The valet was awesome,and helpful at every turn, From the Concierge,to room service everyone was a joy to see. This was my first time in St.Louis and it was well worth it, I will for sure be bacy and stay with you guys. Keep up the great Job. @Onehappycustomer. The check in staff were wonderful. The gentleman in charge, amazing. He made us feel soooo welcome. Usually stay here when we come to St. Louis, but may have to change our mind after last weekends incidence.
alla recensioner » I liked how the staff was accommodating and helpful. I liked the bathroom and the size of the room itself - along with the view. When I needed the sink unclogged, it was done promptly and cleaned. The staff was very friendly and they put us in a great room with a view overlooking the Arch and the cityscape. It was far more then we expected and it made for a very enjoyable stay. The service was excellent both in the hotel and in the restaurants. We enjoyed St. Louis although it was amazing to see so many vacant buildings. Where is the business and commerce?1. Loved the Arch and Busch stadium views. Also loved the room service and valet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better room and experience. The staff was super friendly! The guy that checked us in, Nick I believe was his name, was really nice, and gave us a bunch of fun ideas of things to do and places to eat. Location, variety of restaurants, proximity to Metro station for visiting the city without a car, quality bed linens and mattress topper + mattress: the beds were sublime. Location-Location-Location! The cost of the food - although it was good. Parking was tough. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and payed $18 to park overnight. The valet parking and cost is an annoyance. It would be nice if they offered self parking for $29 per day because you end up tipping the valet each time you have to pick up your car. So if you have to go in and out during the day, as we did, you end up paying $45 per day for parking. Did not dislike a single thing. Attitude of the staff when they saw our booking was through a third party. They tried to refrain from honoring the terms of the room package I had booked. Poor service at check-in and check-out: reception staff had an attitude. Surprising, as Hyatt hotels usually present a more polished, professional approach from staff. Nothing noted-maybe include a lil breakfast package with your stay? Or a bigger discount for hotel guest parking? But otherwise no complaints. Nothing. When getting our car out of valet parking we had to wait a long time. People who got there after us left way before we got our car. Room was kind of small and I smelled marijuana through the vents. None. It was a trek to get to the elevators from our room. Coffee in room is undrinkable. Overcharged at checkout, although it was corrected. Had to ask 4 times to get a crib in the room, even though it was included in the booking notes. I didn't like that I paid $26 for the vallet service and they didn't bring my car around. I basically had to take the elevator to pick it up myself. Kind of ridiculous. Room was small, would not be comfortable for two for any period of time. I didn't like the cost of parking for overnight. It took a reasonable rate for the hotel & made it a little steep when it was included in the cost. Only valet parking and it's very expensive. We parked at a nearby lot for $8. That worked for us because we didn't have much luggage. The rain in St Louis, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. No concerns!. couldnt stay longer. Nothing really. If picky lack of self parking on site. Shower head had a major leak and did not function properly. Room location was very noisy from street noise. Price was extremely high due to Ballgame. The room was small for the price. On our conformation sheet it said rooms with 37-in flat-screen and free Wifi in our room. We did not get free Wifi!. Shower could be cleaned more in between tiles. Nice bathroom though. Parking lot that is recommended in neighboring block is sketchy. I was surprised to find that the mattress was rather uncomfortable and the pressure in the shower was really low - but those are minor points, generally I was satisfied. Having to pay $26 each night to park our car. Rooms getting a bit dated, valet service not great. No queen beds - had to pay extra for corner/larger room - was told @ check-in that city-view was best only to have a view straight into a high rise office building (paid extra for a room with no view). Very disappointing :(. In my reservation it said that breakfast was inclusive, however I got charged for the breakfast as it has been added on top of the initial bill for reservation. That was an unpleasant surprise. N/A. The dead bugs in the hallway light. Housekeeping never made up our room. After paying a hefty price for room , there was additional charges for wifi , parking , and breakfast . Charging for wifi in room is ridiculous , as is 26 bucks to park. I am disputing my charges. My confirmation was for $278 doe 2 nights. The hotel charged me $149 per night. I sent my letsbookhotel.com confirmation to them by email and asked for a credit of $20. I have not had a response yet. The hotel needs more public seating areas. Housekeeping could have been better. Not enough trash cans and hangers in room. We noticed a bug on a pillow case. Breackfast wasn't included in the rate. The view. But as the old saying goes; you get what you pay for. And they view of downtown wasn't bad, but it wasn't the river view. I wasn't a fan of the price. It was a very small room for the price. I guess location is everything though. Overpriced for the room. Staff wasn't helpful with internet access. $15 to park due to ballgame.
