I loved that there were a lot of stuff available in the room like iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, bedside/reading chair. Most of which I didn't use but it was great knowing that they were available. Customer service was splendid. The guy at the front desk was suraj or saraj. He was great. This is the second time we have stayed here and we really like the staff. They are always ready to help, and are fun to be around. This hotel is located in a great spot, and the breakfast is always fresh and good.
alla recensioner » Room, though not luxurious, was clean and comfortable with excellent mattress and exceptionally well lit. Wifi in room gave a strong, dependable signal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in put me at ease immediately. I was super stressed and he just solved everything with grace and courtesy. I have never seen such service. The room was very nice and clean and included free wifi and the breakfast was very good too.The staff were helpful and friendly ,a really good place to stay. Quick check-in & check-out. Friendly receptionist. Clean room. Good location. Ample parking. Continental breakfast. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent! From house keeping to manager, everybody was great!. It was conveniently located to the Niagara Lutheran Home where a relative was residing. Great price of $ 55 per night. I would like to see the rooms updated a bit, there is no place to get ready after a shower in the bathroom, you have to walk into the main room. The bed skirts were quite dirty it would be nice to have those clean, and the chair on wheels was quite worn and torn in the back/top. Computer for guest use was rather dated and software outdated. The email with all confirmation numbers, address, phone number of hotel supplied the wrong phone number. Fix that. Overcharged for room. Issues with the free wireless internet. It was difficult to find the hotel, even though we were on the right street. Nothing. Breakfast is served too late. I was hoping for breakfast to start at 6:00am. all was good. staff attitude, plastic robots. Need cleaner carpets. Wifi connection is really bad. Heater / airconditioner kind of loud/ noisy. Breakfast very basic. Nothing. Room service was a dissappointment, I tried to order but they had no one to deliver it. My phone in my room didn't work properly. And my reservations were to be for a smoking room and when I got there, they didn't have one available. The front desk clerk did offer me one a few hours later when it became available. not having a bathtub. No complaints. We had reserved a queen bed and got two full beds. Noise from the heating system. My card never worked at the outside entrances, forcing me to walk into the lobby after parking on the lot. I can not say it did not like because it really like me. the only thing was that I requested a crib for my one year old daughter and it never came. The actual location was difficult to find. - Room phone didn't work - Toilet backed up on first use - Coffee maker was dirty and was not replaced with a clean one even after asking front-desk (in person) - There wasn't adequate ventilation (exhaust) in a room (designated for smoking). I had to open the window a bit (couldn't fully, since it was blocked) - Breakfast was fair, but the sausages were undercooked. Our room did not get cleaned for several days, we finally had to insist on a clean room.
