The staff was wonderful. Very polite and accomodating. They seemed like they were having fun. The place was interesting and comfortable. Atmosphere was good. Bar was full of mostly 30 somethings dressed up. Reminded me of Chicago but in Milwaukee. Taxis available to go to town. -

This was a first class hotel. From check in to check out everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and central for all the activities I was scheduled to attend. ( a wedding and Reception.)

The room was excellent! And we got a very nice pool view which made all the difference in the world! My son was able to go to the pool as often as he wanted and we could even watch from our room! We just loved it! And the convnenience of the frig and microwave were a plus! And the breakfast buffet was awesome! We will definitely return!!!! A

Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position.
All staff went out of their way to be friendly -
Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

It was fun to see all the families having a great time, but as a couple who didn't bring kids, if we wanted to use the pool, there was just no way. It was so full of kids and rowdy. But if our kids were with us, then it would have been a way for them to hang and meet other kids. The grounds and the accomodations were very nice. -

Awesome, Diamond in the Rough! Hotel was very Clean and lovely, staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was more than expected. When checking in the staff asked what time we were checking out and I said 5 AM. She said that she would leave a note for morning crew to start cooking the continental breakfast at 4:30 for us. The room was very neat and clean. My kids loved the balcony in the lobby. We played board games there. The pool was perfect size, location too. Best of all, the price was great. It was also very close to Smokey Hollow Campground where we were visiting friends.
