  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  This was a first class hotel. From check in to check out everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and central for all the activities I was scheduled to attend. ( a wedding and Reception.) The pool was 24 hours which really fit my schedule. - Right off the interstate. Close to the university we visited. Close to shopping centers.   I read an awful lot of very bad reviews so, I did not expect much as I had to jut overnight in Lacrosse, wi. Regardless. My first impression was of a quiet clean and pleasant motor-Inn. I checked in and went to a very clean modern and comfortable room. The small towels fashioned into small animals were a nice touch. More than I would have rece - Price, location to the wedding reception we were in town for. The breakfast is great. Staff was very nice and apologetic however that didn't help when the family wedding reception began at 5:30pm

  Awesome, Diamond in the Rough! Hotel was very Clean and lovely, staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was more than expected. When checking in the staff asked what time we were checking out and I said 5 AM. She said that she would leave a note for morning crew to start cooking the continental breakfast at 4:30 for us. This was unexpected and w... vad folk säger » onderful for them to change their normal schedule just for us. Morning staff was very pleasant and had a warm personality. We would stay here again - The room was very neat and clean. My kids loved the balcony in the lobby. We played board games there. The pool was perfect size, location too. Best of all, the price was great. It was also very close to Smokey Hollow Campground where we were visiting friends.
