  The furniture and decor has been upgraded since our last stay, and the rooms were very pleasant. However one of the beds in our two bed suite had a large "dip" in the center that we couldn't sleep comfortably in.........the other bed was comfortable. - The staff accelerated the check-in for us and we were able to rest after a long journey.   Everything at this hotel meet my expectations. Room was equipped with a microwave & small size refrigerator & free wi-fi . Sheets were clean , beds comfortable , no sight of bed bugs. Continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. For breakfast we could make our own waffles, cereal, eggs , sausage , yogurt , bagels. The room had a microwave and a small fridge and also had free wi-fi. The room was very nice. The room had nice clean towels and the bed had clean sheets. There was no evidence of bedbugs. The continental breakfast was excellent. They had eggs with bacon bits, biscuits, bagels, cereal and make your own waffles.

  Hotel was clean, convenient, staff professional and friendly. None of the descriptions in #3 apply as this Inn is in a small town that caters to National Park traffic and business people in the area for drilling, etc. It does a good job! - We appreciated that the room was ready a bit early for us.   We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities.   Staff was outstanding. There was a communications breakdown between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel.. Required prepay and arrival date was was incorrect..   We found the hotel conveniently located and comfortable. We particularly appreciated that there was a good restaurant attached to the hotel. (The breakfast provided in the hotel was fine, but having a full service restaurant available as well as a great bonus.) - Great Facility with excellent restaurant which served great food at a great price.   The rooms were clean and it was a great price. Was prepared for a dive since the price was so low but was very happily surprised at how clean and decent it was. Would stay here again. - Room was very clean, this is a family run business. I was traveling with a pet, they gave me a quiet room away from the road.

  Our stay at Best Western was short but truly amazing. For the same price in another hotel in Grand Canyon we didn't get a half of the things they offered in Best Western: spa, hearty breakfast, comfortable rooms and proximity to the park. Location is the key: 2 miles from the Bryce canyon entrance so we were on time for the sunrise. All shops & restaurants nearby were already closed and we had not - The hotel is very easy to find - head for Bryce Canyon and you can't miss it on the left. It's perfectly located for exploring Bryce Canyon, and with hindsight we should have opted to visit nearby Zion Park from here rather than move hotel as we did. This hotel has a wonderful oak framed, high ceiling entrance lobby - very impressive. The whole place has a lovely ambiance and the room we had on the top floor was excellent.   The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. It was perfect for the one night to explore the canyon and drive on. - Room facilities, even in the annex sections were current in their amenities, were cleaning and comfortable for what was required for a short stay. Mainly required services and support were all located within or immediately adjacent to the lodging facility. The location made commuting to and from Bryce Canyon was very convenient.
