This is a great resort! The units are spacious and well equipped. They even have electric blenders,beaters and an ice bucket and numerous bbqs. Lots of colourful birds flit around in the trees and there's lots of other cute wildlife. Its only a short drive to the best supermarket we found in Hawaii. This is a condo not a hotel although the services match a good hotel.
Luxuriously appointed apartment on first floor (not ground). Large sitting room and balcony. Beautiful tropical garden setting. Free garage parking. Immaculate swimming pools nearby and hot tubs. A short drive from restaurants and supermarkets.

Everything! Place was immaculate, big, in fact it was so spacious that the tv in the living/dining room appeared small. 30' away. We will be going back again today. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Met all expectations. Balcony was nice for morning and evening meals. -

It was walking distance to shopping and beach. Pool and jaccuzi was fabulous. We were greeted with a friendly face and plesant voice by Zeny. I forgot the names of other front desk girls. But they too were so sweet and plesant. -

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Lovely outlook over banyan trees and sweet night twitterings emanated from the birds nesting in the banyans as we slept. Great location for Volcanoes National Park and Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls. We did all 3 in one day. Beautiful walk in the gardens opposite the hotel.

The hotel doesn't get very good reviews so we were a little
skeptical about staying here. We were surprised to find the hotel
clean, comfortable, in a great location (wished we had booked for
2 days instead of 1),staff was very friendly and the renovations
were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very well done. Free parking
was a bonus!

The view from the ocean side rooms was spectacular. The check in staff (Wendy) did a great job checking us in with a long line, she was very friendly and helpful. Forget the reviews about how it takes a long time to get anywhere - plot courses of shortest distances on the map they give you and only use tram / boat for novelty. Awesome bridges and islands around lagoon tend to be shortest route(s).

The place is beautiful! It really is quite impressive. Lots of things to
do. You really don't ever even have to leave the resort. But if you
want to one of my favorite beaches Hapuna is right up the road. I also
really liked the products they had in their bathroom so much so I bought
some to take home with me.

When there is no group booking, then he rents out the 6 apartments(each like 80 qm size) in the house to tourists. Living there is more like being at home then being in a hotel. Everything! Eric, the owner,gave us a tour so we would know where things were. We had a 2 bedroom suite with lanai and bathroom for $90. Unheard of value. Laundry was down the hall and free with detergent and softener provided. There is a well stocked kitchen for use by all guests. Very quiet and pleasant place.
