  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely. The lobby wad pretty and fun to sit in. .breakfast was terrific and the lady in charge was outstanding. .a shame she was working alone to ... vad folk säger » police the public to keep homeless folks out..she was discreet and polite. AND she had to oversee the breakfast bar. - I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

  central position, helpful staff - I only stayed l night instead of 4 nights as it was terrible. I liked the location very much.

  The gentleman at the front desk was just that: a gentleman. Very elegant and polite--wow! Room was very clean and large, although the sofa looked pretty soiled. - I chose a less expensive hotel because we just needed a place to sleep an we were pleasantly surprised. It was very comfortable and clean.
