  Every one there was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and clean.perfect location when going any where,like places to eat, shopping, sight seeing, all close enough and not too far. Also my room (880) was next to a suite of an old time favorite actor John Wayne. A lot of famous people stayed there. The hotel was stunning and we got a very great price for a king room. the location was perfect. It was only 3 blocks from the Riverwalk so my wife and I were able to go out to a nice dinner and some drinks without having to worry about getting back.

The decor was good and staff were friendly,courteous and discrete.Service was superb and all facilities were very well organised. - Courtesey car provided quick service to my downtown destinations.   Excellent staff that seemed to be genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The room I stayed in was well equipped with bath robes etc., and a very... vad folk säger » comfortable bed. - The hotel was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
