  The staff went above and beyond to provide me excellent service. I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. I went to the reception in an attempt to change them over to lunch vouchers, and the representative understood my s... vad folk säger » ituation and replaced the breakfast voucher for lunch ones. Kudos to the staff! - Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly vacation with our grandchildren.

  We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss... vad folk säger » nothing was too much trouble. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport - I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge. The gym was well above the typical hotel gym. Fernando, the bartender, was friendly, kind and attentive. I had a wonderful stay at the W Dallas

  Every one there was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and clean.perfect location when going any where,like places to eat, shopping, sight seeing, all close enough and not too far. Also my room (880) was next to a suite of an old time favorite actor John Wayne. A lot of famous people stayed there. The hotel was stunning and we got a very great price for a king room. the location was perfect. It was only 3 blocks from the Riverwalk so my wife and I were able to go out to a nice dinner and some drinks without having to worry about getting back.

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us... vad folk säger » with food and drink suggestions. It wasn't pushy or uncomfortable service - just enough to make you feel welcome. Our room was spectacular - really w - Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.
