  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice. Short drive into the cbd but we had a car so it wasn't a problem for us. - Extremely comfortable bed, great break... vad folk säger » fast in the morning (included in the room rate) which included both hot and cold items. A bit of a distance from the popular tourist areas, however only about a 10 minute cab ride to the 6th Street area, and about 5 minutes away from South Congress.

  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely. AND she had to oversee the breakfast bar. - I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs.   The room and motel was very clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. Quiet even with a bar open until 1:30 am. - The helpfulness of staff. The location is perfect close to shopping and airport . great breakfast.

  We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag, offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening. We pla - The location is central to many desired locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and well kept. During our stay the elevator was put out of commission by children who "crammed" into it, the staff was very helpful during this period and even discounted our stay for having to deal with the slight inconvenience without us even asking.

  It was an excellent value. The room was kept very clean and the staff did an excellent job of keeping the room and all of the facilities extremely clean. My room smelt very clean and I always had clean towels and wash rags and the trash was always emptied. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service.   This hotel was convenient to the airport,a criteria for a continuing journey. I had a 10 minute wait for courtesy van. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very basic continental type but adequate. There is no restaurant on site but they have contracted with several restaurants for delivery.   Location to fiesta texas. Breakfast, ladt putting out fixins stayed on top of everything making sure nothing ran out.. Front desk personnel willing to answer all questions in a nice friendlt manner. - We liked the BBQ area by the pool. It was nice to be able to grill and relax while the kids got to play in the pool
