  Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui... vad folk säger » te on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive.   I love the decor of the rooms, they where clean and very comfortable. There was enough amenities on site to keep everyone busy. The room was well equip with everything needed to make you feel like you was at home. The front desk was very helpful and housekeeping once we called for service was on point with making sure we had fresh towels, trash ba... vad folk säger » gs, and toilet paper. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. One of the best hotels I've visit while at Myrtle Beach!!! Can't wait for my next visit. - The condo that my friends and I rented was beautiful. It was ocean front, great balcony, wonderful 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, lovely kitchen, dining area and living room space. Front desk was helpful, elevators were fast and parking was sheltered. All in all it was a perfect setting and we would all go to Mar Vista Grande again.

  The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson!   The villa had all the comfort of home ideal place on the beach and the entire layout gave us the feeling walking into a multi million dollar complex - Beautiful and spacious condo! The pools are gorgeous. This place would be more beneficial in the warmer months.

  My family and I stayed at this resort for a week and we really enjoyed our stay here. The resort was easy to find and the staff at check in, upon arrival, were very friendly and quick. Our 2 bedroom suite was very clean and spacious.   Clean and the room was in a good condition. Having an outside area to the room to sit. Near enough to walk to the beach and the shops. - It was very private but the room was always so clean and nice to come back too at the end of the day;very quiet for sleeping
