  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

  Beautiful old atmospheric hotel in main square of old town.Has aged with grace and the rooms were very comfortable with good facilities.On site swimming pool and delightful roof garden.An excellent choice. - Classic, historic hotel with an excellent location on the main square in Ponce.   The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. The location is one block off the beach and is in close proximity to a number of local restaurants and MacDonald'S. The street in front of the hotel, McReary, has a bus 53 that goes to Old San Juan or a taxi for $18. The hotel is great value for an experienced traveller but is not a 5 star or would not... vad folk säger » be good for anyone that is over picky. The hotel has a sister location one block away, Acacia, that might appeal to the more trendy. - Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely! Most definitely will return...

  Staff ! Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful and engaging. Location was fantastic, just feet from beautiful beach. Dinner menu, absolutely delicious with great presentation. Did I mention the Staff ! - Helped carry luggage to 2nd floor, gated community, close to tourist activities and great restaurants, and fair distance from shopping ... vad folk säger » mall..   The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was very welcoming and cater to our requests (except pool towels). The common areas were kept very neat and gardens well trimmed. The beach and dawns were pretty - Friendly staff, nice pool and landscaping, beautiful beach, great location.
