  The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Fitness room was over the top and the pool areas great! We loved the beach and thought it was on of the best ever! Great location!

  The staff was very friendly and SO helpful.From check in to check out ,staff was always very professional. Loved the pool music on the weekend - Very nice hotel for the price--especially the concierge level.

  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to... vad folk säger » make sure we had everything we needed. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

  This is the most beautiful place to stay we visited in PR. A real paradise! The landscape, the vegetation all around, the beach for snorkeling, kayaking, paddling on a surf board and to enjoy live, the beautiful decorated restaurant with very nice food.   Staff ! Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful and engaging. Location was fantastic, just feet from beautiful beach. Dinner menu, absolutely delicious with great presentation.
