  Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Family members who visited me were permitted to use the hotel's airport shuttle to access public transportation home. They were very accommodating and kind.

  I was bringing my son back after the Easter weekend and didn't want to drive back home that evening. I also didn't want to spend a lot for basically just a night's sleep. We usually stay at the Atherton but when I went online they wanted $30.00 more for a room than than the Days Inn (that's my gas $ amount for my drive home!). I appreciated the complimentary coffee and the front desk staf - I participated in a conference at Penn State University.I was out the door ar 8am and coming back after 9 pm. I didn't have much time to take advantages of facilities. I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

  Location, on the gps- does not take you directly to hotel.. Loved the breakfast, However the staff was unable to keep up with the demand. Very comfy beds and nice clean rooms!   Old building but hotel has been refurbished superbly. Very nice bathroom. We were impressed with the large tv, full coffee machine, large drinks fridge, and a microwave which we've never seen in a hotel before. Nice to stay in a small hotel, no queues, no noise and they give you two Hershey's kisses everyday. - Susan on the front desk at night and Natasha on the front desk during the day. I lost my iphone at a tourist site. A person at site returned the phone to Rodeway Inn when Natasha was on duty. She accepted it and put it away. Susan answered when my friend rang the cell phone. This meant I was able to establish where it was and collect it. I was so very pleased! Thank you gals! BBFs!

  Location was right next to U Penn, which was beautiful and was very close to the trolley and metro stops.   It was very clean. Loved the window seat. Continental breakfast was good. Close to city of Pittsburgh. Nice that it had a mini fridge/freezer. - The Hotel in clean and quiet the location was good for when need to be at in Pittsburgh.We enjoyed our stay.Thank y'all Mr Dallas Hanson.

  I was quite concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however there was an event that took 8500 rooms in Philly with many hotels sold out and choices were extremely limited. Microtel is a great choice if you just want a clean bed and bathroom and easy train access into Philly.
