  Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Family members who visited me were permitted to use the hotel's airport shuttle to access public transportation home. They were very accommodating and kind.

  If I could Have clicked excellent for every category I would have. My phone wouldn't let me scroll over. This may have been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

  The history and decor of the building. It is a great location and the customer service by all staff is "Top Notch!" The dining staff: Clarence,Marley,Ruben,Darryl, Will the cook,who makes the best omelets. The front desk staff are all awesome. Tell them to keep up the good work. - The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children. There was an oopsy and the staff was fantastic at correcting the problem!!

  Our room was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. The fitness room was nicer than most we've been in. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Room was comfortable and felt like home.

  Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.   The staff was unbelievablely attentive to our every need and the person that cleaned our room was wonderful. That person added little touches such as: arranging the stuffed animals on the children's pillows that they won at Hershey Park.
