  Very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed room, and full breakfast in the morning. Last but not least, the "deluxe diner" on the property is the best food in town! - The Hotel was to the standard of other Best Western Hotels that I have stayed at clean simple no fuss.

  Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help!   I was bringing my son back after the Easter weekend and didn't want to drive back home that evening. I also didn't want to spend a lot for basically just a night's sleep. We usually stay at the Atherton but when I went online they wanted $30.00 more for a room than than the Days Inn (that's my gas $ amount for my drive home!). I appreciated the complimentary coffee and the front desk staf - I participated in a conference at Penn State University.I was out the door ar 8am and coming back after 9 pm. I didn't have much time to take advantages of facilities. I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

  I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn. We were very tired and aggravated.   If I could Have clicked excellent for every category I would have. My phone wouldn't let me scroll over. This may have been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children.
