  Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help!   If I could Have clicked excellent for every category I would have. My phone wouldn't let me scroll over. This may have been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. My name was in the system in a strange way, so there was a b... vad folk säger » reif moment of confusion during check-in, so reception immidietely offered me free drink vouchers for the bar. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

  By paying slightly more than we normally pay, we were able to get a much better room in a quality hotel with a great staff. Discounts are very important to us because they are the reason we are able to travel so often. It really made a difference to have a relaxing stay in a nice hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children.   Our room was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. The fitness room was nicer than most we've been in. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Room was comfortable and felt like home.
