  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis. ... vad folk säger » We traveled the entire island and definitely felt that the Ko Olina area was the best! Beautiful, clean, best weather and fabulous beaches. - The service was awesome from valet to front desk, waitresses,bartender, housekeeping, you name it! I really enjoyed the bed it was so comfortable the tub was off the hook. That is what I call relaxation.

  We only stayed one night but what a night it was, a memory to last a lifetime . Halekulani was indeed a tranquil oasis in the midst of the Waikiki bustle. True to its name of "our house befitting heaven" - The staff was superb. The food was excellent and the setting tranquil, yet right off the main Waikiki drag.

  The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).   I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful!   When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm ... vad folk säger » for our room it was definitely worth the wait, our room was on the top floor with a absolutely fantastic view. Couldn't fault the customer service we - We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.
