  We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis. ... vad folk säger » We traveled the entire island and definitely felt that the Ko Olina area was the best! Beautiful, clean, best weather and fabulous beaches. - The service was awesome from valet to front desk, waitresses,bartender, housekeeping, you name it! I really enjoyed the bed it was so comfortable the tub was off the hook. That is what I call relaxation.

  The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).   I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful! The price was reasonable. - the quiet location out of the hub hub of Honolulu was a big plus and the lagoons are wonderful for swimming.   When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm ... vad folk säger » for our room it was definitely worth the wait, our room was on the top floor with a absolutely fantastic view. Couldn't fault the customer service we - We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.

We never expected beach chairs, snorkels, masks, boogie board, beach umbrella, all there in the laundry cupboard there just to borrow - what a bonus.   Absolutely loved this hotel! Fantastic value for money. Such lovely staff. Perfect location to explore Waikiki. Perfectly clean rooms/bathroom. Great cocktails around the pool.   Concierge was awesome, live music very good, coffee lady was so sweet, cleaning staff was nice and friendly, bartender and drinks at Mac 24/7 were great. - We liked the quite room and the hotel service. The MAC/24 served top of the line meals. The view from our 36 floor Ocean View balcony was terrific.

  We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... vad folk säger » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

  i liked being close to the shops and the beach - Yes - Waikiki is not really my favourite kind of place, but this hotel was excellent as a place to stop for a night close to the airport (30 mins and 9 dollar transfer on shuttle)
