The location is great. Right by the water and in a 'real' part
of the island. Don't take any notice of reviews that say the
neighbourhood is unsafe. It is a working area and there are fishermen
with gear etc. It's real!!
Staff at the resort are very helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Good to have the pool, canoes and snorkelling gear available

It was only a 5-10min walk to the Seven Eleven, and Mike’s Hulu Chicken truck and a grocery store where you can also buy alochol and foods. The room had hot plates and a microwave and kitchen. So that was more than fine.
The scenery was just magnificent. The water and beautiful rich green mountains with mist. I loved the fact that it was so far away from Wakiki. (Too busy for me).
My studio room was enormous and my bed was very comfortable.

I originally did not pick because it looked somewhat shady but when I arrived to HNL and saw what it looked like. I booked a reservation.

I thought Rhisa, who checked me in was a wonderful concierge who helped me with all my inquiries and had bell hop take all my treasures up to my room! Davey, the IT person helped me get my Wi-Fi set very quickly! The room I had was in the far side of the main building where it was quite and no problems with getting around. I was very pleased with

I was concerned about the property after reading reviews & was
pleasantly pleased with everything about the hotel. Noise was not an
issue as so many reviewers said. But it is a city so there will be some.
We closed our windows at night & slept well. Great location. Buses
out front. IHop across the street. Staff went out of their way to help
whenever approached. I would stay here again.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building. The hotel was good in facility and even has a swimming pool, although I didn't use. The mountain view room has just a few blocks in the view and was good to me. The room was pretty large for one person, clean and with all necessary items except you have to bring your own tooth brush and paste.

The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis.
